What is the reason for this? Let us find out.
Some people are always asking that what the key to all success is, without looking for an answer or expecting anything concrete they actually mull over their sorry state while others move on. The answer amazingly is simple but fascinating; the key to all success is learning and growth.
The reason that this is the key to all success is because in any rewarding venture that takes longer than a few hours to complete, you almost always do things you've never done before. So in order to succeed, you must learn something you didn't know before you started in order to achieve your desired outcome.
So to succeed wildly in life, you must have a passion for learning and your beliefs (all the things you accept as true), are what guide all your decisions and behaviors because this will determine your success and empowerment. When you think you can do something you have never done before but still you attempt it with gusto and whole hearted devotion you will definitely get what you want and you might even excel at it.
The literal mental formula for confidence comes in the form of dozens and dozens of core, foundational beliefs, thought strings, attitude and finally emotional habits that give a person the ability and desire to take a specific set of actions. So be positive and motivated in the pursuit of your goal and you will succeed.

The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose.
Having a sense of purpose in your life goes a long way to helping you feel confident, secure and happy. A sense of purpose can be brought about by anything in life, it can be related to your career, bringing up a family or doing voluntary work. It is all about fitting in and feeling you are making a difference in life, that you are achieving something and getting somewhere.
If you have a sense of purpose in life you have something to look forward to everyday, a reason for getting up out of bed in the morning with a smile, it makes you feel good on the outside and so good on the inside. It leads to a more confident person who is happy with their position in life.
Younger people very often have no problem developing a purpose in life, they are just starting out and the majority of them have exams to pass, careers to start building, meeting the opposite sex, dating, marrying and eventually starting their own families. The majority of the younger generation has a lot to look forward to and so have a sense of purpose in life.
However the older we get, uncertainty can set in and we can start wondering about our purpose in life. Perhaps the children have grown up and are no longer dependent on you. Relationships break up or we reach retirement age and no longer have our work as a purpose in life.
The older generation then has to develop a new sense of purpose in life, luckily there are many ways you can achieve this, and here are some of the more common ones.
• Take up a new hobby and do something you have always wanted to do but have never had the time before.
• Join a social club, there are many social clubs which let people of the same age group meet on a regular basis and enjoy coffee and chatting. A lot of these groups have activities you can take part in and outings to attend.
• Join an exercise group either locally or at a gym, there are various types of exercise you can take part in without being too strenuous. Swimming meets are a great idea for the older person.
• Take up a sport such a tennis or bowling e.t.c.
• Visit family and friends on a regular basis and have them come over for dinner
• Take up some voluntary work for a few hours every day, it gives you a sense of purpose and gets you out of the house.
• Take a part time job that you can adequately cope with for a few hours per week.
• Take a walk in the park and say hello to passers by, very often you will meet other people who are in the same boat as you; you can make new friends just about anywhere.
• Visit a dating agency and get back into meeting the opposite sex again, it’s never too late to start a relationship.

The art of Happiness
How to remain happy at all times, even when you are down in the dumps? ANSWER - Find a way to make money, easy and fast and FREE
Life isn’t the sweetest candy. Sometimes, when you feel like the world is just too heavy, look around and you will find people who continued to live fascinating and wonderful lives. How did their life become so adorably sweet? How come they still can manage to laugh and play around despite a busy stressful life? How do they cope up and bust depression and anxiety? The answer after a lot of research and interaction came up to be a simple but highly effective phenomenon, they work on a place called “self”.
But the intriguing question is that how does one become genuinely happy? Step 1 is to fall in love, head over heels, with your own self, yes you read it right, you love you and I love me.
Loving means accepting. To love one self means to accept that you are not a perfect being, but behind the imperfections must lie a great ounce of courage to be able to discover ways on how to improve your repertoire to recover from our mistakes.
Genuine happiness also pertains to contentment. When you are contented with the job you have, the way you look, with your family, your friends, the place you live in, your car, and all the things you now have – truly, you know the answer to the question “how to be genuinely happy.”
I believe that life is about finding out about right and wrong, trying and failing, wining and losing. These are things that happen as often as you inhale and exhale. Failure, in a person’s life has become as abundant and necessary as air. Remember failure is not a person but just an unfortunate event that came and went; nothing is eternal in this world, and as such this should not hinder us from becoming happy.
Genuine happiness isn’t about driving the hottest Formula 1 car, nor getting the employee of the year award, earning the highest incentive or monthly pay, or beating the sales quota. Sometimes, the most sought after prizes in life do not always go to the fastest, the strongest, and the bravest or not even the best. So, how do you become genuinely happy? Every one has his own definition of ‘happiness’. Happiness for a writer may mean launching as much best selling books as possible. Happiness for an athlete may mean getting the best athlete tag of the year award. Happiness for a beggar may mean a lot of money. Happiness for a business man may mean success. So, really now, how do we become genuinely happy? You don’t have to have the best things in this world. It’s about doing and making the best out of every single thing. When you find yourself smiling at your own mistake and telling your self “Oh, I’ll do better next time”, you carry with you a flame of strong will power to persevere that may spread out like a brush fire. You possess a willingness to stand up again and try – that will make you a genuinely happy person. In a nutshell happiness means leading your life the way you want
“Most of us know that laughter is the best medicine to life’s aches and pain. But most of us don’t know that the best kind of laughter is laughter over self. Coz then you don’t just become happy… you become free.”
